Easter of 2010

Do you realize, sometimes a young christian is more fire-spirited, more semangat than an old christian (a person who is born in a christian family, attend sunday schoold..etc.)???

In work, there's a colleague named Huat Joo, just became a christian last September. She was in an uplift mood last friday and i found out it's because it was Good Friday, a day where she would express her thankfulness to her parents and teachers.

In church, Wen-Jun is even more semangated than me for Easter. Really can see and feel his eagerness of Easter. As for me, i would just think, 'Oh its Easter again! and we shall do some presentation about the cruxification of Jesus..bla bla bla.' Eventhough his knowledge of Bible not more than mine, but he's even more willing to learn about God's words than me. Same goes to Wei Wen. They also participated many activities and helped out alot in MIYF.

i'm ashamed of my ignorance of this important day for the Lord.

Yet, i'm so thankful for all these people that reminds me the true meaning of Easter. Easter - the resurrection of Jesus after his crucifixion.

Probably it was all God's plans from the start.

All started from the reason i have to attend Maundy Thursday because i have youth camp meeting before Maundy Thursday. The message on that day tempt me to come on Good Friday (which i have to because i have P&W practise). And the Good Friday's message make me even more eager to listen to Evangestic Night message on Sat. The last message of Easter which is on Sunday was link the Saturday one. In conclusion, i felt like God talking to me.

One of the message was about suprises in our life. And i guess this is the 'suprise' God prepared for me.

So in this very Easter Day of 2010, i'm SO glad that i've actually listened and learned.
A heart of thankfulness, a heart of caring and sharing. This are the heart matters God wants me to learn.

Jesus found Mary Magdalene.

Well, since Easter is about we give thanks to God that sent His only Son to died for us. Why not in conjuction of Late Easter (lols!) we may also say thank you to out parents, teacher, ex-teacher, friends, people who you feel grateful in your life....etc.?

Anyway i'll post up some songs i sang on last Sat. Do savour every words, i choose these songs because its too meaningful and touching for me.

The Servant King - describes the event.

We are the reason - chorus and bridge part, the words are meaningful.

So you would come - i teared when i watched this. too touching.

The precious cross - my favourite song of all. kinda related to the resurrection of Jesus.

May this Easter be a blessed one for you!
